The Coming of Aging: Learning to Live from the Inside Out is about the year I took a sabbatical and camped alone across the country learning to listen to my inner voice, the voice of the soul or my intuition, whatever you choose to call it. My workshop is based on the lessons I learned that wonderful, challenging, mystical year about the process of "growing into maturity," when we have the opportunity to transform our life into the wisdom that only comes with age and experience. This is the time when we have the sublime chance to make choices based on our inner knowing and not on the noisy demands of the external.
